One of the biggest blockers in climbing harder is not that you are not strong enough or your technique isnt good enough, its fear of falling. That horrible feeling of climbing above a bolt or gear and loosing all confidence and not trusting your self to continue. reducing this fear of falling will massively improve your confidence and how hard you can climb. Below is a great article on how to face this fear of falling. For those going to Spain I recommend you practice this before you go as it will make the trip so much more enjoyable.
